AH, there's nothing like associating with quality people and there's nothing like being alone. There's a time and a place for everything under the sun.

i've heard that there are people who thrive on being with people.
they gain energy from it.
then there are the loners who gain energy from being alone.
would you have to think about it??
?
Without hestitation. Personally,I would locate the person and everything stays in tact. The following is a story I've shared a few times. This women had dropped $75.00 in a supermarket floor. The cash was tucked in with her visa bill, hidden from view. I went out of my way to locate the Bank and told the manager what happened. I made sure the bill was paid, the manager called the husband at work and told him the story. Surprisingly, the husband was sceaming about his wive losing the money and bill. The clincher was, this man never once gave thought of thanking me! The Bank manager shrugged his shoulder. I left the bank with an empty feeling for this person.
I found a lost child once and I reported it to the police. I have many other experiences but enough said. It's very sad to encounter people who are thankless, very sad.

.
being a jw has affected our life.
a candidate for the us senate in illinois, a republican, is advocating a limit on the amount a person can sue for medical malpractice.
this limit would be $250,000.
okay, that may be a good idea.
.
suppose god holds us accountable.
what will you say to him in your defense to plead you cause?
jwd is a forum for jws and exes to get together and discuss things.
most of the things we talk about are jw related but not all things are.
we all have opinions.
when my son was first born, my husband did not want me to breastfeed.
he said he would be embarassed, although i was all hip on doing it.
unfortunately, i just caved in and fed my son a bottle.
this is a spin-off of another thread where my *mild and chaste* friend, mouthy, admitted to wanting to meet her dream man, tom jones, and that she would even go so far as to throw her bloomers at him, if that is what it would take to get his attention!
well, the mental picture this painted was far too much for me to bear, so i encouraged her to save her red polka-dotted "unmentionables", not only because she might need them in the future, but because i didn't think she'd have to go that far to get his attention.
and i said that - because of a personal experience with him.
OK, here's a few. I played as an extra in a movie with Pierce Brosnan and Lee Majors. Stage actor Robert Morse. I've met Joe Campanella, Rosyln Russell, Buffy St-Marie, AC-DC, Bob Barker, Gregg ?, he played in Mission impossible, a black actor. A soap star that escapes my memory. My wife met Bobby Rydell. We have pictures taken with everyone except Bob Barker.
